⭐You amend read this book, friend.I bought this book afterwards sacrificing my 2019 re-create in the MICU because I didn't desire to bring the COVID home. And information technology is just as good. You need to know about main hyperparathyroidism? Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy? Babesiosis? Y'all better read this book, friend.

⭐Missing more than 30 pages from the alphabetize. The alphabetize is an important factor for me when referencing a book with almost two thousand pages of content.

⭐I bought this textbook for almost $80. It should exist in Brand New condition…The way it was packaged acquired many of the pages in the front to fold in…which wasn't a huge bargain by itself, eventually the volume will kickoff to await used anyway. (Except I paid $76 for a new volume and would like to break it in myself)More than importantly, as I opened it up to read upwardly on the section I am currently studying, I noticed that the volume has started to come up abroad from the spine in the eye! I cannot open to a page about the center without the whole thing collapsing in one-half.Update:The company was kind enough to ship me a 2nd one and I am supposed to send in the damaged one. The new one arrived with the same defect… is anyone else dealing with this? I opened the book carefully. I even ran my finger along the inside of the book along the crease every 50 pages or and then to help warm information technology up earlier opening it up all the style… and it was still split!

⭐I retrieve i will dear this book and feel it volition be helpful as an FNP pupil. I'm sure it will come up in handy in practice too! i'm excited nearly it. my merely complaint is that every bit shortly equally i opened the book the pages tore abroad from the spine of the volume. Its a large book and paperback so I'm guessing that's expected. I will keep the book but i just dont desire it to somewhen fall apart completely.

⭐Needs to be read with scepticism as much of this is out of engagement information and could lead to incorrect diagnosis and crusade patients harm. Especially regarding complex conditions more common with women – such as autoimmune disorders, ME/CFS, autonomic dysfunction ( which it doesn't even address and is a leading cause as to why this is often misdiagnosed equally 'Anxiety') and other post viral illnesses. Even more than horrifying is the communication of 'listen empathetically' to patients because it is 'real' to them – when in fact, it is real. I am very disappointed that the authors didn't review up to appointment research as some of the 'treatment' suggestions could exercise serious impairment to patients.

⭐Excellent upwards to date material for office and daily medical reference. I recommend it.

⭐I finally decided to purchase this (now 2 weeks into my tertiary didactic semester of PA school) as my starting time print volume to add to my empty library. The textbook arrived today about an hour ago, which I intercepted promptly from the delivery driver equally I was waiting all mean solar day to get started on my lecture readings. The book was warm to the touch, presumably from sitting in the ninety° weather today while in transit, only I was conscious to open information technology slowly and advisedly subsequently reading some reviews near a defect in the binding.Unfortunately, I received the textbook in damaged condition with a split up bounden between pages 568 & 569. The binding in full general is poorly aligned and constructed. I'one thousand disappointed to have to return the detail and am now farther behind on my readings.

⭐I graduated from medical school in 1989 and have used many unlike books as reference tools. All of them were proficient only this book is GREAT.Information technology is remarkably upwards to date and you lot tin easily access information on the signs, symptoms, differential diagnosis, and treatment of the common and not and so common diseases that you come beyond in day to day exercise. The book is very accessible, it is written in a clear and concise form and at that place are many tables and billeted lists for quick reference. Simply put this volume is a GREAT resources!I strongly recommend this book to and medical pupil, resident, attending, or member of the allied health professions.
